Community Wellness Center
The new Community Wellness Center provides a welcoming space for Enrollees to participate in wellness events, classes, and activities. It is also a place for Enrollees to connect with MedStar Family Choice DC staff, including outreach coordinators, case managers, and social workers, to address needs and learn about resources.

Center location and hours
The Community Wellness Center is located at 3924 Minnesota Ave., NE in Ward 7. It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To plan your visit, see the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Trip Planner. Parking is available on the street and there are one-hour free parking lots nearby.
